When we started RM Kitchen & Flooring, customers kept asking: "Who do I call when a pipe bursts in my new kitchen?" They didn't want a franchise that didn't know the house.
So we built the restoration arm — same general contractor license, same showroom, same project managers. National franchises mitigate and hand you to a separate GC for rebuild. We rebuild it ourselves.
