What We Handle

Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

Three losses in one event: thermal damage, smoke and soot, and water damage from suppression. Each needs a different method. Our crews handle all three — HVAC cleaning, contents pack-out, structural rebuild.

How It Works

Step by step, start to finish.

  1. 01Secure the structure

Board-up, tarp, emergency power if needed. Safe before cleanup starts.

  2. 02Remove + protect

Demolition of charred materials, pack-out of contents for off-site cleaning, plastic containment to stop soot migration.

  3. 03Clean and seal

Soot removal from framing and surfaces, HVAC cleaning, sealing of remaining smoke-impacted substrates.

  4. 04Rebuild — same crew

Framing, drywall, paint, flooring, cabinets, trim. Same project manager. Same insurance carrier. One timeline.

Common Questions

What people ask us first.

  • Can I stay in my home?

Usually not for the first several days. We help arrange temporary housing through your Additional Living Expenses (ALE) coverage and coordinate access for what you need to retrieve.

  • What about my furniture and personal items?

We pack out salvageable contents — clothing, soft goods, electronics, hard goods — each with their own cleaning process. Items we can't restore are inventoried for your claim.

  • How long does the whole process take?

Mitigation is typically 1–2 weeks. Reconstruction depends on the scope — a kitchen fire might be 6–10 weeks for an Eastside home; a whole-house fire is 4–9 months. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and update it weekly.
