Can I stay in my home?
Usually not for the first several days. We help arrange temporary housing through your Additional Living Expenses (ALE) coverage and coordinate access for what you need to retrieve.
What about my furniture and personal items?
We pack out salvageable contents — clothing, soft goods, electronics, hard goods — each with their own cleaning process. Items we can't restore are inventoried for your claim.
How long does the whole process take?
Mitigation is typically 1–2 weeks. Reconstruction depends on the scope — a kitchen fire might be 6–10 weeks for an Eastside home; a whole-house fire is 4–9 months. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and update it weekly.
