What We Handle

Storm & Wind Damage Restoration

Eastside windstorms produce three loss patterns: tree-strike damage (limb or trunk through roof, siding, vehicle), wind-driven water intrusion (lifted shingles, blown-in rain), and pressure damage (siding, windows, gutters). All three require emergency stabilization within hours, then planned rebuild. We do both.

How It Works

Step by step, start to finish.

  1. 01Stabilize and tarp

Emergency tarp on roof openings, board-up of windows and doors, debris removal from interior.

  2. 02Remove and document

Tree limb extraction, removal of broken framing, photo and moisture documentation for your claim. We cut and haul — no separate tree service needed.

  3. 03Dry and treat

Air movers and dehumidifiers like a water loss. Mold prevention on saturated framing.

  4. 04Rebuild — roof to interior

Roof framing and shingles, siding match, drywall, paint, flooring. Permits handled by our licensed GC. Same crew start to finish.

Storm losses often span three claim line items: roof, structure, and contents. We coordinate the full scope — no gaps between contractors.

Common Questions

What people ask us first.

  • How fast can you tarp my roof?

Emergency tarping is our fastest dispatch across Kirkland, Bellevue, and the Eastside. In active storm conditions we coordinate with utility crews and may stage from a safe distance until winds drop, but we don't leave you with rain coming in.

  • Do I need to call a tree service separately?

No. We handle tree removal when it's on or through the structure. For standing damaged trees, we'll refer you to a local arborist.

  • What if the power is still out?

We bring generator power for our equipment. Your PSE/Seattle City Light restoration is on their timeline — we can begin mitigation as soon as the site is electrically safe.

  • Will my insurance cover wind damage?

Most policies cover sudden wind damage. Tree-strike is typically covered (it's the falling tree, not the standing one). Long-standing wear on roofs sometimes isn't. We'll review your policy with you before any non-emergency scope is committed.
